What do I do? I'm getting mixed messages from this guy!?

This guy is a really close friend, and I tell him everything. One day I told him I like him. It was like a day after he got a girlfriend. (bad timing lol.) But three days later she broke up with him, and he said he was gonna break up with her because it wasn't working for him, and because he only went out with her because he felt bad. So after that he still knew i liked him, and nothing happened. But he always always calls me like, every single day. He also always talks about his dick...hes like "I'm shoe size 10 1/2... you know what that means" and "she kicked me in the kids!" He also gave me an old jersey from our favorite football team. I asked him to a big dance, class night, and he said yes. Plus a friend of mine and him were talking about who they'd make out with, she asked about me, and he said yes. He also suggests that we should hang out over the summer on his trampoline and pool. Does it sound like he's at all interested? Please be honest. And what should be my next step?
