Sports and Excersizes?

Hi, Im 10 and i take breakdance class and i wanna play football because its somthing that looks pretty fun, so i need some excersizes for Arms,Calfs,Quads and neck. and i need a good type of shoe for running and breakdance )example=Nike Shox)

I do curl ups for 20 miutes a day and thats all you need for your arms. 10 minutes of hard core crunches work well. Run every day for at least 10 minutes out and back. The important thing is that you don't cheat yourself.
Reply:football seems cool, but its kinda hard too esp. when you get tackled and stuff :x warmups are important too [;
