Reply:basketball shoes, but not just because I love basketball. Also because they got style in performance and casual and look stunning with jeans, especially Jordans. They also feel great and lightweight (well it depends, but most do)
Football, I don't know if you're talking about cleats or casual football shoes, but you have to buy two pairs of them, while almost any basketball shoe can be both casual and great in performance.
Reply:Definately basketball shoes. They're more comfortable and you can actually wear them other than just to play basketball. I don't see a lot of people walking around the mall or down the street in cleats.
