My emotions are all over the place... whats up?

Well sometimes in my life I feel horrible, like I don't have any friends... when no-one is talking to me... and I feel so bad I feel like dieing and no-one will even care. I feel like my best friend is leaving me because shes got a new boyfriend [who I dislike] and she always is with him. But at other points i'm having a great time laughing and joking with my friends. My emotions are all over the place... one minute i'm all alone watching my friends play football the next i'm laughing my head off because we were trying to get my friends shoe off the roof of the school. so what i'm trying to get to is... does this happen in life or do I need to change in a way, or move schools, be more friendly, etc? Can someone please tell me..

My emotions are all over the place... whats up?
I Feel Exactually The Same !! When I Used To Be Best Mates With This Girl She Got A Boyfriend (Who I Didnt Like Either) And After That She Just Ignored Me Like I Wasnt There And All She Cared About Was Spending Time With Him.. At The Time I Was really Annoyed Because Of This And I Felt So Horrible And Lonely But That Was A While Ago Now..

But Now I Feel Like Exactually How You Are.. One Minute Im So Happy And having Like Laughing Fits And Then The Next Minute I Feel Really Horrible And That No One Is Talking To Me..

I Dont Get It.. LOL But It Helps Me If I Think Of Really Good Times Ive had With My Mates =)

Hope Thats Helped =)

Beth Report It

Reply:i think you are just going through being a teenager, and though it is painful, it is normal.

if you are older, it might be good to talk to a doc or therapist to see if you might be bi-polar or something.
Reply:i know exactly how you feel. the same thing is happening to me! i guess it's just a part of being a teeneger! =]
Reply:First of all..........how old are you? Could be hormones of a teenager!! Even my son's go through this and they are 13 and 15. Or could just be the winter time blues too, i get them every year and i am going through it right now.
Reply:you need to talk to your doctor , you sound like you could be bi-polar , i am , moods are up or down etc....seek help now :) gd luck
Reply:Try some chocolate.
Reply:Hi! Are you a teenager? Your emotions are suppose to be like this. It doesn't mean anything is wrong w/ you, don't change schools! Just be more social so maybe you can make more friends but don't change who you are, I'm sure you are a great person.
Reply:I think you are a little to attach to your friends. You need to find other things to do and meet other people. So when your friend(s) want to spend time with their man or have a new man in their lives or want to have some space you want get paranoid. Do you have a boyfriend?
Reply:Well Beth, it sounds like you and your friend(s) need to sit down and have a major talk about it. And then friend with a new boyfriend that you don't like, let her know you feel left out. If she is a good friend and more worried about her friendships, she will understand and not be sooo attached to him. If she gets defensve and blows up, she's not that great of a friend. But also you are going through a lot of things being younger and going through school, pressure, and drama. Trust me that is every girls life. It happens to the best of us. All you can do is keep your head up and trying pulling through. Just remeber hunny, the best things a girl can have are her best friends to talk to, and a notebook to write down her thoughts in. Try writing in a journal, and if that doesn't seem to help, maybe try talking to an elder you trust, such as your mom. Trust me! Moms do wonders. And if this continues for too long and you feel like nothing is helping and your not getting any better, you might have to see a counsler because if writing and talking to friends/parents don't help, you might need some professional advice. Hope all is well. Good luck Beth, everything should start looking up!
Reply:Try changing your regular routine. A lot of us feel this way, but for the most part, we have control over the situation.
